As I have mentioned before, I am quite into beauty products lately. And for the past two months, I have collected a few. Notice that most of these are drugstore makeup since I don’t want to splurge on high end ones just yet. I am only a beginner! :)

FOR THE FACE:

On lazy days, I use my Myra-e Vitaglow tinted facial moisturizer (in beige) as a base, and on days where I feel like dolling myself up more, I use my Ever Bilena Pro Flawless foundation (in gold). 

On the left is my Nichido loose powder in gorgeous salmon which I use as a setting powder. On the right is my ELF contouring blush and bronzing powder. The blush is a peachy pink color which I absolutely love and the bronzer is, well.. I don’t really use it since I don’t know how to contour.. yet.

FOR THE EYES:

Fashion 21 eyeshadow trio, Earth Spirits inca bronze, two random eyeshadows I found on my mother’s old makeup kit, NYX eyeshadow palette in caviar and bubbles & ELF eyeshadow quad in nouveau natural

I am not an expert in applying these on my eyes yet so I have been constantly watching makeup tutorials on Youtube to learn more.

FOR THE LIPS:

Ever Bilena lip and cheek stain - I’ve been buying this since high school and it will always be on my favorites list. I put a bit on my cheek when I don’t feel like applying blush and on my lips when I don’t want to wear lipstick and I’m good to go!

Marionnaud blush brush, foundation brush and crease brush + ELF eyeshadow brush and total face brush

I only have five brushes at the moment but I’m saving up for a Sigma set! I heard investing in good quality brushes is a must since you’ll be using them for a long time!

My fail attempt at an outfit post. This is my first time to post one so please bear with me! :p I am not in any way an expert in fashion.

This is what I wore to a spontaneous movie trip with my boyfriend last night! I only had around 10 minutes to prepare and this is what I came up with.

I was supposed to pair my lace top with a pair of black high waist shorts, but I couldn’t find it anywhere! So instead, I paired it with my trusty pair of denim shorts. I think I made it work somehow.. What do you think? :-)

I know, I know, I am such an awful blogger. I haven’t been posting lately and for that I am really sorry! School’s my number one priority at the moment, but I promise to be back real soon! For the mean time, here are a couple of TA replies! :-)

Really?! Why thank you! :-) The top is not really a top. It’s actually a dress that is just tucked in, hehe. The dress is from Forever 21, the pair of jeans is from Folded and Hung and the plain brown flats are from Australian that can be bought in Landmark

3. Hi! (: I wonder where do you live? Okay, I know this question is awkward but seriously, I’ve been a fan of your blog and it’s amazing how you can go to diff. places =)) Again, sorry for my question =))) Peace!

But I always go the the same old places all the time D: Anyway, on weekdays I am in my condo in Taft, and on weekends I usually am in our home in Manila or in our condo in Taguig :-)

4. Hi! Well, it’s summer and I have nothing to do. AS IN NOTHING!! So I was thinking why not give reading a good book a try (that sounded wrong) lol Anyway, can you suggest any book? Any book related to romance or life adventures? Just not HP or Hunger Games cause I know them already =)) Thanks btw! :)

I haven’t been leisure reading lately, but right now I’m sort of “reading” (but really, I’m putting it off, lol) The Future of Us by Jay Asher and Carolyn Mackler. And here is the link of my Goodreads account so you could check out the books I’ve read in the past. Most of them are really good! <3

7. thelastcasualty: What SLR would you suggest for beginners? :)

I’ve only owned two SLRs so I really wouldn’t know. I had a Nikon D3000 before and now I have the Nikon D3100. The two are basically the same, the only difference is D3100 has video capabilities. Both are entry level DSLR’s so I guess they are perfect for beginners :-)

8. Your anon hater obviously doesn’t know what blogging is all about. Hahaha. It isn’t a way of showing off. It’s a way of sharing knowledge to your followers. Haha! More power Ate Nicole!

OMG. Hahaha! I used to really hate him but eventually he apologized to me. This may sound cheesy but after that we became good friends again and started falling for each other (HA!). I think it only took a month or two for me to like him again heehee

3. This is just a suggestion. I think you should lessen the other icons in your blog. (in your sidebar) The content of your entry especially, those with pictures are hard to load. Thus, the pictures don’t show up anymore.

So so so happy I got to attend Diane’s debut in South Forbes last Saturday. It was great to finally reunite with my friends (but I still miss you Reavi!) after the longest time. School has taken its toll on us and I’m super glad we had the time to pause and unwind even for a little while. I love you guys! Happy birthday Diane. <3
